Barnabas helps Quentin (David Selby) to escape from jail. Continuing his efforts to drive Judith (Joan Bennett) insane, Trask (Jerry Lacy) conjures up the image of his late wife, Minerva (Clarice Blackburn). Thus, Judith finds herself "attacked" from both sides by the disfigured Quentin -- whom she fails to recognize -- and the woman whose death she indirectly brought about.
