synopsis
Nathan (Joel Crothers) engages the services of disreputable Noah Gifford (Craig Slocum) to dig up the truth about Barnabas (Jonathan Frid). Noah's job is made easier after Barnabas accidentally leaves his cane behind after biting Maude Browning (Vala Clifton), who happens to be an old "friend" of Nathan's. This episode initially aired on February 29, 1968.
