synopsis
The Norwegian-born, Montreal-based animator Torill Kove helms the animated short The Danish Poet. The film weaves the tale of a young poet battling a case of severe writer's block. As a last resort, the poet travels to Norway to seek inspiration from an encounter with the Nobel Prize-winning Norwegian novelist Sigrid Undset. Liv Ullmann narrates.
