Curious George has received a brand new bicycle from the generous man with the yellow hat, and as he peddles away to test his toy the mischievous monkey makes some fascinating friends. Initially agreeing to help the local newspaper delivery boy on his local route, George quickly gets distracted and winds up using the papers to make miniature sailboats. Later, George gets into an accident and bends the wheel of his bike. Of course that isn't enough to keep the inventive monkey immobile, and before long George is riding around on one wheel. When George is spotted by two men from the animal show he is quickly invited to join the act, but by the end of the day it's time to go home with his old friend in that familiar yellow hat.
