Mad as a hatter, Doc Humpp conducts unspeakable experiments in his huge castle. Roving reporter Ricardo Bauleo learns that the doctor is trying to come up with a race of Supermen, and to that end is forcing his captives to mate, plying them with powerful aphrodisiacs.
