Kennedy, Soviet premier Nikita Khrushchev, and Cuba's Fidel Castro during the 13-day stalemate. Included: remarks from Sergei Khrushchev, the son of the former Soviet premier; former Kennedy adviser Ted Sorensen; former CIA and KGB agents; and Naval reconnaissance pilot Jerry Coffee, who took the photos of the missile bases.
