synopsis
There's some rather unusual "road kill" along a lonely stretch of Nevada highway: the body of a man dressed in a huge raccoon costume. The man had been shot before his body was struck by a car -- and now the car's driver is also dead. As Grissom (William L. Petersen) and Catherine (Marg Helgenberger) investigate, the trail of clues leads to a kinky cult of fur fetishists. And somewhere across town, another corpses is found -- this one literally "on ice."
