Also aired on ESPN, the award-winning Crunch video series was created for viewers of all body types to get a good workout without the competitive and often judgemental elements of some other fitness programs. Instructor Janis Saffell hosts this installment designed for all fitness levels. Standing and floorwork toning excercises focus on the lower body, including glutes, quads, and hamstrings. A two to eight-pound dumbell is recommended, but not required for this workout to be effective. Other videos in the series include Crunch: Cardio Groove, Crunch: Tae Boxing, and Crunch: Yoga Mama.
