Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Sphear Collins' comedy County General begins when a failing film student begins making a documentary about the hospital where his girlfriend works. Luckily for him, he captures a protest directed at the hospital. Unfortunately, he uncovers some truths about the hospital that some of the bigwigs would like to keep hidden.
