Director David Zucker explores the means by which visual artists in Salvador, Brazil use whatever means are at their disposal to craft a cultural mosaic on the city streets. In brining art to the people of the city, "street interference art" summons the same kind of energy and creativity as Lactomia's found object music. Traditional Brazilian rhythms are translated visually by professional artists, community leaders, local children, and even the parish priest in a creative response to the pollution, graffiti, advertising, and poverty that surrounds the people who spend their entire lives in the city.
