The hour focuses on Bolivia, where the coca-growers union (the "Cocaleros") has become an important force, challenging the free-market-oriented government of Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada. Also examined: leftist leaders in Venezuela and Brazil. Following the film, host Mishal Husain interviews former Mexican foreign minister Jorge Castaneda.
