Despite the fact that Mulamkuziyil Sahadevan's (Oduvil Unnikrishnan) sole ambition in life is to grow up and become a police constable like his father, Mulamkuziyil's brother-in-law Peethambaran (Jagathy Sreekumaran) does everything in his power to ensure that this dream does not become a reality -- including sabotaging Mulamkuziyil's physical examination. Mulamkuziyil eventually does earn his badge thanks to a little help from his uncle, and when he uncovers a Mubai underworld plot to kill the Kerala Chief Minister's (Murali) life, Mulamkuziyil uses his loyal police dog and a truly unique police car to save the official. As Mulamkuziyil comes ever closer to cracking the case, his work causes increasing strain on his relationship with Gujarati fashion model Meenu (Bhavana).
