Despite the fact that chef Nicky Casso (Jack Nassi) grew up in the quiet community of Chappaqua, NY, he never seemed to quite fit in. The proud community holds a rigid social caste system, but Jack thinks he may finally have the chance to gain the acceptance he so craves when he discovers that Chelsea Clinton (Stephanie Rein) and the rest of the Clinton clan are purchasing a house in his neighborhood. Determined to get a date with the former first daughter, the only thing that stands between Jack and certain social acceptance is the Secret Service.
