synopsis
Landing a job at a prestigious CPA firm, Norm (George Wendt) tells his friends a few little white lies about his importance to his new employers. Alas, Norm's chickens come home to roost when the Cheers gang pays a surprise visit to his office. Feeling the pain of Norm's humiliation, helpful Diane (Shelley Long) vows to "transform" him into a corporate dynamo.
