synopsis
Norm (George Wendt) is convinced that his wife Vera is fooling around with his next-door neighbor, and presses Carla into service as an ersatz private eye to get the goods on his wife. Elsewhere, Sam (Ted Danson) lands a job as a radio sports call-in host, only to blow it by delivering a heartfelt personal message to Diane (Shelley Long). This episode was originally scheduled at the awkward time slot of 9:45 p.m., due to a presidential address by Ronald Reagan.
