synopsis
This thriller is based on a story by Edgar Wallace. An irate husband, suspecting his wife of adultery, hires a German hitman to kill her. The German investigates and deduces that she is innocent and refuses to do murder her. The repercussions of his decision lead to bloodshed and tragedy.
