This surreal, amateur, and confusing story laden with puzzling symbolism depicts the turbulent psyche of a young woman on an escapist vacation and her relationship with an Italian writer hitting a low point in his career. When the already fragile woman hears that her brother has died, she is plunged into a greater state of hopelessness, unable to make decisions on her own, unable to find any peace. Injected with heavy doses of philosophizing, both the film and the woman cannot seem to find their way out of the problems they generate.
