synopsis
Caluga O Menta literally means Toffee or Mint, but in the slang of the tenement kids this movie focuses on, it refers to a game of "life or death, heaven or hell." The film reveals that the bored kids who live in these circumstances have few alternatives to an escalating involvement in petty crime and drug-running.
