Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
"Boy" Woodburn (Ivy Duke) is the daughter of a veteran horse trainer who works for a wealthy family. When a horse dies after giving birth to a foal, Boy trains the young orphaned horse herself. The horse eventually is entered in the Grand National race and Boy acts as jockey. Silver (Guy Newell) is a young patriarch who falls in love with Boy after he realizes she is a girl. The animals and the bucolic scenery are the highlights of this film.
