synopsis
In this campy and energetic "B"-movie, sexy Joan Severance stars as a cop who becomes a superhero named Black Scorpion after her father's murder. The murder is part of a seemingly-random crimewave engineered by the villainous Breathtaker. Breathtaker is planning to take over the city and Severance must stop him.
