Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Before going back to New York to star in the stage play Aphrodite, Dorothy Dalton made this film for producer Thomas Ince and Famous Players-Lasky. She plays a young wife whose husband (Holmes E. Herbert) suspects her of infidelity. He tosses her out of the house and keeps their son, Fred. In reality, she is innocent and waits 20 years to get revenge. Then, under an assumed name, she meets up once again with her husband, who doesn't seem to recognize her even though she hasn't changed all that much. He falls in love with her and marries her -- something she orchestrates only to get near her son, now grown (and played by Jack Crosby). She plots to run off with Fred, which makes her husband think that they are having an affair. A lot of turmoil and twists ensue before everyone's identities are revealed and all are forgiven.
