synopsis
Upon arriving in Hong Kong, Ron Van Clief is victimized by ruthless drug dealers. In retribution, he teams with an undercover narc to thwart the villains. The film's "R" rating is indication enough that both heroes and villains play for keeps. Nancy Veronica supplies Black Dragon's much-needed female interest.
