synopsis
This installment in the Biography series takes a look at the life and career of actor Robert Downey Jr., an artist who gained early success with roles in 80's film like Less than Zero and The Pickup Artist, only to succumb to substance abuse and addiction in a descent that would finish many careers for good. Remarkably, Downey overcame his addictions and reemerged in the 2000's with a professional and personal resurrection in films like Iron Man and Sherlock Holmes.
