synopsis
In 1987, one year after the adoption of glasnost, the Soviet Union allowed a performance in Leningrad by American rocker Billy Joel. In addition to his own songs, this concert special shows Joel performing relevant covers such as Back in the USSR and The Times They are a-Changin'.
