synopsis
Herbie Hancock is one of the keyboard giants of contemporary jazz. After playing piano for years in the classic quartet of Miles Davis, Hancock has continued to innovate with his own group and solo performances. He is presented here in a live performance, which first aired on BET. The program includes many of Hancock's signature tunes and jazz standards, including "Here Come de Honey Man," "St. Louis Blues," "Cantaloupe Island," "The Man I Love," and "Fascinating Rhythm."
