This invigorating workout offers viewers a chance to get fit while learning the basic techniques of bellydancing. Fitness expert and dancer Jillina leads three 18 minute routines, Slow & Smooth, to Rhythm Hips, and Turbo Hips, all designed to both teach beginners and provide drills for advanced bellydancers.
