The Best of Beat Beat Beat, Volume One includes little-seen footage of Cat Stevens from his early days as a UK pop singer ("Matthew and Sons" and "Granny"); British Invasion teen idols Herman's Hermits ("No Milk Today" and "My Reservation's Been Confirmed"; future Atomic Rooster and Coliseum vocalist Chris Farlowe ("Out Of Time" and "Ride On Baby"); progressive rock and jazz fusion pioneer Brian Auger with the Trinity, featuring Julie Driscoll ("Road To Cairo" and "Save Me"); Australian rock legends the Easybeats ("Friday On My Mind" and "Loving Machine"); pop vocalist Barry Ryan ("Eloise"); and Casey Jones and the Governors, a British beat-era act who enjoyed considerable success after relocating to Germany ("Don't Ha Ha" and "Come On And Dance").
