Synopsis by Cammila Collar
This documentary originally aired in 15 minute segments for the BBC. It follows English-language blogger Salam Pax before, during, and after the American invasion of Iraq. A particularly Westernized individual from the beginning, Pax is wholeheartedly supportive of the American efforts as Saddam Hussein's regime is originally overthrown. As the war and violence drags on, however, and as his own students begin glorifying the former dictator as a folk hero, Pax's resolve about the conflict wavers.
