Beautiful People is the name this documentary filmmaker gives to the wild African animals whose antics and exploits he captures on film. Traveling for four years throughout the wildest places in Africa, including the Kalihari and Namib deserts, director Uys has captured such moments as a honeybird directing a honeybadger to a bee tree, and a spontaneous party in which numerous animals get drunk on overripe berries.
