synopsis
This European comedy parodies the actions of Estonian gangsters. Apparently Sass has been exiled from his home country. He has been away from there since childhood. He has recently been released from prison and given $1 million U.S. dollars, a high-powered rifle, and sent back to his home country. He has no idea why he was given the money, but he wants to use it to build a roller-coaster for the local children. Enroute, he faces many obstacles. His biggest problem comes when he accidently loses all his cash in the sewer system.
