Alljon Meg a Menet! on AllMovie

This comedy unveils the chaos that surrounds a gathering ostensibly planned to honor the achievements of a Hero Worker of Hungary, a testy old man whose grandson works in the same factory he retired from long ago. The rivalries and loves of the current generation are highlighted by class concerns which should theoretically be absent in a "classless society." In all the hubbub and furor generated by a series of little dramas, the old man is largely forgotten.
