synopsis
College students Kay (Jean Cagney) and John (Joseph Allen, Jr.) impulsively get married and rent a bungalow with their married friends Jennifer (Virginia Dale) and Slats (Peter [Lind] Hayes), who are constantly squabbling. Money problems force Kay to work two jobs, including singing at a night club, but when she realizes she's pregnant, she keeps it secret from John and loses the singing job.
