synopsis
Tommy (Philip McKeon) loves playing basketball, but he doesn't love being in a lengthy slump. Convinced that he's lost his talent, Tommy quits the team, prompting Alice (Linda Lavin) to take decisive action. As often happens on this series, such action requires the intervention of a celebrity guest star--in this instance, Meadowlark Lemon of the Harlem Globetrotters.
