synopsis
Alice's date Whizzer (Clifford A. Pellow) manages to get hold of two extra tickets to an upcoming celebirty charity ball. Trouble is, Alice (Linda Lavin) works with three people--and she knows a lot of others. As tension mounts over who will get the tickets, Alice finds herself in the middle of another grand-scale brouhaha amongst her angry acquaintances.
