Synopsis
A survey of theatrical short subjects includes comedies, musicals, newsreels, travelogues, propaganda films, instructional pieces, cartoons, vaudeville novelty acts and serials. Among those recalling these "minimovies" are Walter Cronkite, Sid Caesar, Tim Conway, Howie Mandel, Rose Marie and Gregory Hines. Chevy Chase narrates.
