Synopsis by Jack Rodgers
A look at the Abacus Federal Savings Bank in New York's Chinatown, which became the only financial institution to be indicted after the 2008 economic meltdown. This documentary examines the possibility that the bank was made to act as a scapegoat when the U.S. government proved unwilling to press charges against larger institutions. Directed by Steve James (Hoop Dreams).
