synopsis
Young American and German youths visit the Auschwitz Memorial and perform a play during this film about the Jews forced to live in Terezin under Hitler's cruel control. After the children perform their play, they talk about how many people must share the blame for the Holocaust atrocities. Those familiar with the history of the Holocaust may recall that Hitler created this "model" camp at Terezin in hopes of convincing the world that he was treating the Jews with great care and respect. In reality, tens of thousands of Jews were gassed to death in the camp's ovens.
