Synopsis by Ben Schultz
An ambitious corporate headhunter (Gerard Butler) tries to seize control of his recruitment company from a younger rival (Alison Brie) after their boss (Willem Dafoe) decides to retire. However, he's forced to choose between prioritizing work or family when his son (Maxwell Jenkins) is diagnosed with cancer. Veteran producer Mark Williams makes his directorial debut with this family drama. Gretchen Mol and Alfred Molina co-star.
