The Hollywood Collection: Shirley Temple - America's Little Darling
Description by Allmovie

Tommy Tune and others talk about the unique childhood acting and dancing career of Shirley Temple in this video. Her signature song, "On the Good Ship Lollipop," was first sung for audiences in her film Bright Eyes in 1934. Shirley's ability to capture the hearts of the public became most evident when she received a special Academy award that same year. Her other classic films include Little Miss Marker, The Little Colonel, and The Littlest Rebel. Known by such childhood nicknames as "Dimples" or "Little Curly Top," Shirley was one of the cheeriest stars to brighten the days of the Great Depression. Much later in life, during the late '80s and early '90s, she served as an ambassador to Czechoslovakia under her full married name of Shirley Temple Black.
