Producer Willbur Stark has been behind numerous radio, television programs, and feature films. Stark began in radio during the '40s and was responsible for producing more than 1,500 shows. He switched to television production for the Dumont Network in the '50s and was behind such shows as Col. Humphrey Flack, Rocky King and Scattergood. Films with which Stark was involved include Cat People (1982), as executive consultant, and Vampire Circus (1971). His daughter Koo Stark is an actress.
