biography
Blond, Minnesota-born Tom Forman (born Tom Farmer) saw a promising career as a light leading man plummet precipitously in the mid-'20s, due most likely to a natural confusion with the ill-fated director of the same name, who committed suicide in 1926. This Tom Forman, however, continued to play bits in budget Westerns until at least 1938. He died in Los Angeles in 1951.
