Biography by AllMovie

Singer Rad Robinson may best be remembered for the 13 years he spent performing on the "Fibber McGee and Molly" radio show. The baritone started out singing for the Paul Whiteman Orchestra. He was also a part of the King's Men Quartet, so named because member Paul Whiteman was considered "The King of Jazz." Following his long radio stint, Robinson worked as a vocal coach at Fox. In 1940, he appeared in three Westerns, including Stagecoach War.
