Actor Robbie Kay achieved fame and recognition as a child star with his involvement in director Jeremy Podeswa's period psychological drama Fugitive Pieces. In that film, Kay played the younger version of a character who unwittingly escapes Nazi death when his entire family is slaughtered, and is then adopted by a kind and sensitive archaeologist.
