Versatile character actor MacIntyre Dixon has played supporting roles in films and on television ranging from comedies (Alice's Restaurant) to Shakespearean dramas (Kevin Kline's innovative adaptation of Hamlet). At one time, Dixon and partner Richard Libertini performed in Stewed Prunes, a nightclub comedy revue.
