biography
A handsome character actress from Canada, onscreen with Vitagraph from 1913, Louise Beaudet played mostly society women, such as Mrs. Vandergriff in the company's epic war-preparedness melodrama The Battle Cry for Peace (1915). That same year, she strayed far away from typecasting playing the kidnapper in the 15-chapter serial The Goddess. Beaudet's screen career lasted until the mid-'20s.
