biography
Lisa Stewart has spent much of her career as an assistant to director Cameron Crowe; she made her debut as an associate producer with Jerry Maguire (1996). A native of Connecticut and a graduate of Stanford University, she entered the film business via Gracie Films, as a production assistant on The Tracey Ullman Show and The Simpsons. She teamed up with Cameron Crowe Productions in 1990, where she became director of development, as well as a producer.
