Hungarian actress Kaethe von Nagy staffed numerous frothy European films of the '30s, '40s, and '50s. She started out on the Hungarian stage and in 1927, made her film debut in Germany using her birth name, Kate Nagy. She moved to Paris in the late '30s and continued her screen career. She also appears in films as Kate de Nagy.
