Professional dancer Jonathan Roberts swept up a considerable number of competitive awards on the dance floor, including 2003 Blackpool Professional Rising Star Latin Champion and 2004 U.S. National Professional Rising Star Latin Champion, before earning recognition among reality television fans as one of the non-celebrity partners on the ABC prime-time competitive reality series Dancing with the Stars -- an assignment that lasted multiple seasons. His partners on that program included such notables as model Rachel Hunter, controversial former model-cum-activist Heather Mills (who defied expectations on the show by proving that one could successfully dance despite being an amputee with a prosthetic leg), and singer-cum-actress Marie Osmond (who made headlines by fainting after a performance during the fifth season). Outside of the reality series, Roberts often performs with his wife, Anna Trebunskaya (another professional dancing partner on the series).
