biography
During the '50s and '60s, actor Jarl Kulle was one of the most popular stars of Swedish stage and screen. He appeared in several Ingmar Bergman films, notably as Don Juan in The Devil's Eye (1960). However, he is nearly unknown outside of Scandinavia. Kulle made his only attempt at scripting, directing and starring in a film in 1970 with Ministern. Afterward, he did not show up in another film until 1980.
