Hossein Amini on AllMovie

Screenwriter Hossein Amini has penned several screenplays for British films including Wings of the Dove, and is known for his talent in adapting literary works to film. In 2002, he wrote the screenplay for The Four Feathers, an historical war drama directed by Shekhar Kapur that largely slipped under the radar. Then in 2005, production began for his script The Killshot. With a cast list that included Diane Lane, Mickey Rourke, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Rosario Dawson, the psychological thriller was slated for a 2006 release.
